Maybe the Gators should just forfeit the game.

No one is giving them a chance anyways.Especially all the Big 10 stinking announcers.BTW, I hope there are no Big 10 bias/unbias(yea right) announcers calling that game.:banghead2:

Sounds like the same scenario when Tennessee in '85 and Bama in '92 were getting set to play the mighty U. We all know what happened those years.

I believe Charles Davis is one of the announcers for the game.

I think the gators will be in the game and have a fair chance at getting the W.

OSU is very good this year.. however I still think (as much as I hate to say it) florida has a chance..
the one sec team I want to see win would be LSU.. mainly beacause I dislike ND

Florida's in a good spot. Nobody is giving them a chance against OSU. That might be the motivation they need. Kinda like when we played FSU in 98. However, I do think that if OSU plays mistake free ball, they win going away.

Also 1998 or actually 1999 when we played FSU for the National Championship. We had no respect for going undefeated and everyone was picking FSU.

tOSU isn't the unbeatable juggernaut everyone seems to make them out to be. Illinois outgained them in total offense and almost came back in the 4th quarter to beat them. I don't think it's going to be the walkover alot of people are predicting.

I'd wager if there's a blowout, it's going to be for UF. They have alot of material from the media to motivate them even more.

There will be no blowout. Tosu has too much talent on offense to get blown out, UF's games have all been close.

Ohio State will win, but I'll be shocked if they run away with it. Then again, I also gave Boise no chance...:whistling:

they will probably ask if Herbsteit(osu alumni) can call the game

I think that would be a huge mistake. He is so pro-Big Ten and (especially OSU) that he cannot help himself when it comes to heaping praise on the Buckeyes.

Kind of like having Todd Blackledge call a new years day Penn St bowl game, right?

If Herbie can do as good of a job as Blackledge did and does, I'm all for having him switch networks for next Monday night.

Too bad Gary Danielson isn't doing the game ;)

I'm surprised that guy still has a job. Is he on Urban's payroll?

Except for Leake, I think Florida will be competitive. He's just not tough enough to win a National Championship.

And BTW . . . I hope I'm wrong. :whistling:

As much as I detest the Gators, I want them to win the National Championship to shut the people up that constantly put down the SEC.

My crystal ball is shattered - I gave Boist St. no chance whatsoever against Oklahoma, and I was wrong, and I thought/hoped UT would handle PSU fairly easily, and I was wrong again (then again, I expected UT to actually show up for the game.)

In spite of that, I think Florida has a very good chance to win the game, especially if Meyer can utilize Tebow effectively, and if Florida catches a break here and there (timely interception or fumble recovery, etc.) Ultimately, tOSU's superior talent on both sides of the ball should win out, but that's why they play the game, no?

Sports radio here in the Columbus area is already talking about a basketball national championship to add to their football championship.
