All i can say during this memphis game is wow. He is easily the most improved player this year. Zo has got these boys actually disciplined. Bright Future ahead!!

Tennessee has played number 6 Duke and now number 8 Memphis. They look pretty good under Coach Martin. How are we picked 11th in the SEC? Think we are gonna surprise some people.

I would say that was picked because of the turmoil that happened with CBP and key players leaving. No way we finish 11 though. This team is in incredible physical condition and play pretty good fundamental bball (usually). Definitely looking like a tourney team if they progress.

Maymon reminds me a lot of Dejuan Blair that used to play for Pitt and now the Spurs. Built like him and a beast on the boards.

I take back everything I said last year about this guy, proved me absolutely wrong, has incredibly improved in all aspects of the game. Somebody else has to step offensively, besides him. What a terrible game by Golden, he is official off the NBA radar.

Can finish third in the East.. maybe fifth overall.

Maymon improved light years. I believe Miller will get better. I hope CM can do something about the missed layups. We were horrible especially in the first half. We were shooting about 40% and Memphis had to be shooting 60 to 70. Defense and rebounding kept us in the game as well as Maymon.

Really like what I've seen out of the Vols so far... Its about time this team has some sort of discipline. We're making free throws and playing great defense, something we NEVER saw while watching Pearl's teams. Bright future ahead if Zo can recruit some more talent to Knox.

Maymon shot 25% from the free throw line as a whole last season. He was 16/17(94%) today against Memphis.

He's played two great games in Maui. He did the exact same thing against Duke, he just missed some easy bunnies at the rim. Today, he didn't. If that continues he's going to be a force. He has a very unique skillset that people are going to have a hard time defending.
