Clemson absolutely abused us this recruiting year... pretty embarassing

Our needs were OL and DL... we signed Thomas who's most likely headed to prep school, Bailey and Anderson on the OL. We sign Hughes who's most likely headed to prep school, Fowlkes at DE, Bohannon and Gerald Williams.

Doesn't appear we filled our needs very well.

That is the most disheartening thing about this class...

I don't care that there aren't alot of high star tratings for us...

We needed linemen and they don't garner the same kind of hype that skill people do...

My problem with this class is that we made it clear that we needed linemen and yet we landed next to nothing in that area...

It's very disconcerting...

They might not get the hype, but there are as many highly rated lineman as any other position.

this sucks and this will come bac to hunt us in two years when eric berry and others turn pro early which leaves us with what. nothin. for all that says recruiting classes dont matter, check out the statistics. Year in and year out who are the common top 15 schools in the country. USC, Texas, OK. Fla, Georgia, LSU, Ohio State, Auburn. What do all these teams have in common and top 15 sometimes all in the top ten in recruiting classes every year. It matters. College football is about recruiting not coaching. In order to when you need the players with the most talent. Sucks to be a Vol fan today. Hopefully we win the NC next year so that when we hit our years of gettin our ass whooped i can say "heh but we just won a NC"

Well I was a born and bred Volunteer fan for 18 years in Knoxville, then came to Clemson to study.
Sorry to everyone it offends. I'll go back to being a Tiger now. Sorry I'm true to my roots.
