Dunk contest is tonight, ESPN2 and I think 7:30 EST but will have to look that up.

Apparently, Selby is in the Dunk contest. Tobias is in the 3 Point competition along with Pinkston.

Blog about practices for the McDAA game: McDonald’s All-American Week – Live Blog|Flagrant Fouls

Part I really like about half way down...

"Tobias Harris also stood out during the East scrimmage. He did a little bit of everything. The guy handles it and shoots it like a guard, hits the glass like Dennis Rodman, makes mid range jump shots with great consistency, and even showed off an ability to knock down the three. In three years he may end up as hands down the best player in this class. He certainly works as hard if not harder than anyone else."

Awesome! Sounds very promising.

Looking at that roster, I don't see how the West is gonna be able to beat the East. They have probably the 3 best guards, best centers, and the forwards are pretty evenly matched.

Just realized this was here. This seems intriguing, especially now that a couple Vols could be playing. 2 Vols and 2 Buckeyes on the East... Maybe I'll go see this.

ASIDE FROM ANYTHING THAT IS SAID ABOUT ANY OF THESE KIDS THIS YEAR.....I must say one thing that hops me up more than anything is to hear how ****ing motivated and driven Harris seems to be. How he drives himself to be the best is damn exciting.

I'll take that motivation all day long over "raw talent", etc

Want something else to jazz you up? J. Pinkston said that UT was his first choice too. Selby was committed to the Vols for a year. Two forwards and a guard on the burger boys team either came to UT or at one time wanted to.

To keep the them going. Pearl and the staff were starting to pursue CJ Leslie pretty hard until they started getting interest from Pinkston and Harris.
