McKenzie said he doesn’t plan to visit any other schools leading up to National Signing Day, and he’s looking forward to recruiting for Tennessee over the next several months.

“That’s part of the reason I wanted to commit early. I’ve got a lot of guys on the fence about some schools and stuff like that — some West Coast guys and some East Coast and some Southern guys,” he said.

“I’m going to try and get them all (at Tennessee), and if they don’t follow, they’re going to get hit. Those are their two options, and I hope they choose the latter.”

When Butch Jones said something to the effect of "the velocity and intensity at which we'll recruit will be noticed" he wasn't kidding. Good grief, it's been fun to watch. Future looks bright! Can't wait to see who else jumps on board and can't wait for this season!

It will feel good to have a dominating defense that our offense can depend on, instead of cringing every time the opposing team snaps the ball.

I would hope they would choose the former, but I wouldn't mind seeing them choose the latter and then go on to get wrecked for 4 years by KM and the rest of our Dline.

You caught that too. I hope they choose the former as well. Bring in more BEEF, Kahlil.. we need the big-ugly studs...the meaner and nastier, the better...YOU KNOW who I'm talking about..

This Defense is going to be nasty...and DEEP...fresh legs will be the norm in 2015

Did anyone come up with a Name for the D?

Anyone given any thought to the fact that with this type of Defensive line, our Oline will get that much better, that much quicker, going at it with them.

SO FREAKIN' THIS!!!!! "“I’m going to try and get them all (at Tennessee), and if they don’t follow, they’re going to get hit. Those are their two options, and I hope they choose the latter.” Undeterred unafraid, class kid, class parents, HUGE win for The Hill and CBJ!!! Cant wait for this kid to get on campus, he will be orange royalty!

Ya I think he kinda got a little mixed up in that sentence....I'd rather them choose the former, but either way, glad to have this man recruiting for us. And eventually playing for us!

Let's see if he can recruit when all of the legacy players run out!

No need to name it. Tennessee defense will be just fine. I am fired up too. I just have be a patient and not get too wrapped up in 2014.

I'm confused, did all of our former players stop having kids at some point? I say keep 'em rolling. Keep the legacies, lock down the borders, and attract a few of the top national prospects each year. Seems like a dang fine plan to me!

I love it. It gets me fired up. It will be good to have some swagger back #beatbamasass
