Yes, he fumbled a punt...but after the fumble he...

was the key blocker for Hefney on the 65 return

provided the block for Smith on his TD

and finally caught the deep pass that sealed the game.

He truly is the man.

Stay Meach, Stay!!!!!!

I love Meach. He is one of my favorite players on this team.

Meachem should have had a much better game as far as stats go. Ainge overthrew him about 3 or 4 times.

Yeh you could tell he wanted to make up for the fumble when he went back to the sideline. He definetly made up for it.

I changed MeachAm to MeachEm. Regardless, he is the man!

Thanks. :) It just gets on my nerves, especially since you had it three times in a row...

But you are right on! As you can see, I love my boy Rob. Tough drop on the punt return, but he really made a big play there at the end, and EA put it right in his breadbasket.

I hope we will have him for one more year, but I highly doubt it. It NFL stock goes up more and more every week.

Sad to say, but I don't see the upside of him staying. Sure, he can have another year of being praised by Vol fans, and avoid being drafted by say the Raiders, but he is a Houston area native, so he may see that as a possible home coming.

Rob has a girlfriend here in Knoxville, but I think she graduates in May. I'd hate to see him go, but after the season he's having it may be in his best interest to get to the league and get the paycheck.

Props to Swain coming in and making some big plays too when we needed them.

I don't know how they grade players in film study, but it seemed that each of our receivers were in position to tonight to make the positive play.

Definitely. I was amazed to see him out there catching that slant. Lots of guys banged up. We need to get healthy.
