Re:Sumlin. They seem to have a lot of evidence that he under preforms. What is the logical counter that proves Sumlin is a good coach? 8 wins btw is not such. We are a 8 win getting out of bed program.

8 wins and that is all you are ever going to get with never a conference championship, stats built against cupcakes, losses against 3-5 teams, embarrassing losses 59-0, etc

Should we get rid of Sumlin this offseason if we are confident we can get Les Miles?

Why? What difference would it make? Who do you want to hire that'll make so much magically better as a program?

Because it's not going to happen. I don't know why some programs will always be great with some down years vs us, who always has down years but with some upset wins, and then the years we get close but never make it.

Convince me without the same old arguments that everyone uses anytime they want to fire their coach that some coach somewhere, that we could actually hire, would change anything?

All who questioned us being #4. We will be the laughing stock of this season.

I don't understand why every season the teams around us get better as the year goes on, but we seem to get worse.

This loss is entirely on the coaching staff. Chavis is starting to get outschemed, and his players can't defend the run. Special teams outside of Kirk are becoming an abortion again. The offense is coming out flat, and there's no creativity --we can't even consider running a reverse? Still under-using the tight ends?

Entire team did not have on straight heads today. That's coaching. The fourth quarter was okay, but it was too little and too late.

I am out of state at the moment and have no dogs nearby. #misery

Tired of seeing Sumlin get out coached in most games.

We were clearly the better team but once again came in unprepared. Fire Sumlin and get a real coach in here!

But I was wrong. That's what bothers me more than anything. Not sure how you can walk out there and perform that poorly with everything that is going on. It's almost as if they decided to let Sumlin down. Makes me wonder about how the team feels about him. Oh well.
