I'm kinda thinkin' that in 19 situations out of 20, CKC would say that a shot fake merely means that you didn't have an open shot and should have passed it to someone who does. She might even have a chart that indicates how much time is lost per game on shot fakes.

I'm with lvocd, this offense looks like it's made for: shot OR shot fake and drive, then kick.

Driving head down into defensive numbers advantage and dumb skip-passes continue to be bad habits that need to be broken. (Almost all skip passes are dumb.)
