It was only a matter of time before this happened. The weather is nuts up there. My Dad is just across the state line in Sioux Falls, SD trapped in a Quality Inn. There were white out conditions yesterday and the wind chill dropped to -40 last night.

Just heard, and did not know this, that the dome is inflatable... Haaa.. They said there may be a couple of roof panels damaged but that eventually they would be able to uhhh... blow it back up I guess...

Oh yea... Thanks for moving...

The was postponed before the collapse...I thought

They were gonna play the game Monday night. Since it collapse the snow is still on it so they have to get the snow off before they blow it back up.

I lived in Sioux Falls for 10+ years. That sounds about right. We had 60 below and 90 below Wind Chill one day. The tires on my car stuck to the parking lot and I could not move the vehicle. :loco:

I don't miss those winters. Florida is much better even though I would prefer Knoxville.

The metronome is the worst indoor facility in America. It's lousy.

I'm hearing Favre's people are behind this. It's a conspiracy between him, God, and the NFL to keep the streak alive. Sterger, injuries, or Childress will keep it from dying.

Favre said today he wouldn't have been able to play, now he can rest up a bit longer. As a Favre fan I hope he starts, his iron man streak is impressive.

Grandpa Favre and Mother Nature are good friends. Considering they are about the same age this comes as no surprise.

Maybe the game would be taking place at Minnesota if the maintenance crew weren't idiots. Why melt snow? It's obviously going to be heavier and put more strain on the roof.
