Miami at Florida (Orlando) 7pm ESPN

The comedy of errors strung together by both teams over the last 7 minutes of tonight’s game isn’t even close to comparable to a single Stoener “stumble fumble”...if that’s what you are even talking about.

UF is the king of winning the “who can suck less” contests.
Better than losing them

It’s a win over Miami.

We get to talk about those regardless of how ugly they are.

Meh.
Y’all have plenty to talk about. This win won’t be mentioned with any sort of pride in the future.

“ remember that time we were supposed to kill Miami and did everything we could to lose but still managed to win thanks to Miami having a freshman O-line? One of our greatest moments ever”

Nope.
Forget this stinking pile of crap and move on.
However you might to start getting a little worried with Mullin as coach as this is the kinda game he’s famous for a couple times a year.

Clint Stoerner agrees with you,

Everybody that watched this game saw that UF was very lucky to win this game...and probably shouldn’t had. This game was ugly on both sides. Turnovers, missed chip shot FG, bad tackling and a boatload of penalties. OL play was TERRIBLE on one side and NOT GOOD on the other....which, as all UT fans know, will come back to haunt eventually. No deflecting these deficiencies...as hard as you may try..

But, what stood out the most to me in this game was watching Franks running up and down the sidelines talking **** to Miami fans...on multiple occasions....smh. By all accounts, this team looks undisciplined, on an off the field...and definitely not a top 10 team...and your defensiveness shows you probably know this already.

1-11

And yes, Franks is still a problem.

Your use of hyperbole is noted....last night’s win was far from “one of our greatest moments ever”.

But it was a win against a team whose had our number, so it was good to get that Miami monkey off our back.

UF has never had an undefeated season.
My point exactly. I tire of other fans and even some so called vol fans bringing up the fumble to lessen the achievement of that season. Tennessee was undefeated while many champions after that were fortunate enough to actually lose and get another chance, so who is actually lucky here? Florida had some great teams and deserved their titles but Tennessee certainly deserved it also that season and were no more fortunate that any other champion

I missed where I ever said Tennessee was undeserving of that ‘98 national title.

Everyone forgets how Tennessee struggled in the first game that year. It could easily been a loss too. I get what you’re saying about a rival in Miami but I still say it’s similar in that it’s a forgotten win. Florida can go on to a great season, make the SECCG or better.
In the end this game will never be played as a classic game.

I missed where anyone here suggested this was a classic game.

I’m sorry
I thought you drew the comparison to the 98 Arky game where Arky played lights out and UT had an off night but ultimately made a play when they had too to win. That game was Played a couple of days ago on the SEC channel as a classic. Your game never will be. And you should be happy as it was a complete embarrassment.

Why didn't UF take more deep shots? Seems like WR are the strength and Franks has a cannon. I thought I would see more 50/50 balls.
