Im fired up for this game. I was planning on going to the MCB this year but decided against it cause check out at the hotel was Noon and I was afraid I would miss part of the Miami game :) Im worried about Harris starting. Hopefully he's on a short leash and if he starts throwing to the wrong team we'll swap with Morris.

Did a ESPn announcer make a reference to past games by saying the Catholics vs. the Convicts or was I hearing things?

Looks like the Irish will FINALY win a bowl game leading Lou Holtz to predict them as next years National Champs favorites

This is one of those games (much like the Ohio St game) where you sit back and go "I wonder how this would have turned out if we had anyone but Jacory Harris as our QB" Thankfully, barring any major injuries the next time we see Jacory Harris at QB for the Canes they will either be up very big or getting the hell beat out of them.

yea i think he is done mentally to be honest..expect golden to "weed" out some more players...this is the softest cane team i saw..more then the 07 one..07 lost cuz they suck..this team actually has talent but they could care less if they lose.. ppl like berry who everyone love (but is weak minded) said we had a good season...thats one of our "leaders" btw...nuff said:machgun:

Personally Im not a big fan of Berry. If Coopers knee still wasnt on the ground in Orlando he would have been the go to back this year and would continue to truck people. Guys like Berry dance too much. Hit the hole and go, if someone is there lower your head. Dont 2 step and try to get around them. Ive got a feeling Golden is going with Storm Johnson in the backfield next year anyway. He seems more like a complete back but might need to put on a few more pounds.

I thought it was funny when Miami beat Florida State earlier this season and "experts" on TV were saying Miami was back.

Premature reports of Miami being "back" happen as soon as they win a meaningful game, every time.

ESPN desperately wants it to be so, but makes sense, there's a lot of northeasterners down there.

Miami was dusted by Florida St this year.

There were a lot of people saying though that this year Miami could be back in the National picture. If you look at the recruiting classes, Miami certainly has the talent but Randy Shannon was a God awful coach. Uneducated fans think that the fame 01 Miami defense was some killer machine Shannon put together, most people fail to realize that Greg Schiano was the DC at the time. Shannon's Ds were good but they didnt have that killer instinct like the old Miami teams did. Shannon wasnt and Xs and Os guy. He's much like Mike Singletary, good player, decent position coach, fair Coordinator but a terrible head coach.
