Michigan is starting to click. Rich Rod has his stable full of the athletes that fit his system. He has the playmaker that compliments his offensive scheme and they are winning. Now I don't think that they are BCS Championship bound, but they have improved significantly, and college football is a better place with a good Michigan football team.

It took Rich Rod several years to build the team up, just like it will take Dooley at least 3 years for him to build this team up. We need to keep the faith and let these young guys develop and wait for Dooley to restock the empty cupboard. GBO

Its a great optimistic view point, but one cannot help but point out the fairly large difference in the track records of both coaches before taking the UM/UT jobs. Everyone in America expected Rich Rod to do what he is doing, and he still has more to do if he wants to keep his job. I don't think many outside of Tennessee expected the same out of the dooley hire.

Not flaming on your coach or saying it won't happen, just throwing it out there.

Agree 100%. All Michigan fans wanted him gone the 1st year, now look they are on the way back up

Just glad there will be some balance in the Big 10. I hate to see Ohio State walk through their weak schedule to a Championship bid

Yes, he had a terrific track record at WV. You have a good point, but regardless we Vol fans need to tough out the next few years to really see how good our coach is. A bad UAB performance ain't the litmus test of his coaching abilities. If a bad performance against a weak team is the hallmark of a coach's abilities, then Saban should have been fired after the Louisiana Monroe debacle. No one seems to think that was the end all be allof CNS coaching abilities.

They started off hot last year then faded off into the sunset. Robinson got hurt yesterday so they might be calling for RR's head yet again if he allows Michigan to tank again.
