that sounds like the old Ohio state celebrations over Michigan. I lived on that campus during those days, and I was not a student, just a guy working and living and I got gassed. I had gas bombs coming through my apt. windows. cars over turned and burned. Columbus police had to form a new riot police for special events... like wins over michigan... or ncaa turneys.
