No way they can take Ohio State over PSU. Playoff committee charter says to take a non-conference champion over a conference champion, you must feel they are unequivocally better. Obviously you can't say Ohio State is unequivocally better than PSU since they lost head to head.

If penn state wins tonight and the conference, I wouldn't be surprised at all to see them get screwed for Ohio state.
