Who would you rather play; how do we match up with them? How good is OSU's 3rd string RB...........are the other two out for the season??

I'm giving USC a 99 % chance to lose. 95% chance for TCU; it's very hard to beat the same team twice in the same season. Not to mention KSU had TCU beat until their two top quarterbacks went down to injury. Everyone is saying we will play OSU, but don't sleep on Michigan, and Clemson might slip in there since they may not want to make it an all SEC Big 10 playoff.

I hope we play Mich. since my son is a student there, and I saw them play in person the first game of the season.

It don’t matter, Vols by fiddy

But freal, OSU.
BTW KState’s Qb (Adrian Martinez) may be done for a while. Sounds like he fractured two bones in his leg. So the same third stringer will probably be starting that game, assuming they make it.

Looked it up, they are saying Howard the 2nd string QB will start vs WVU.

Wow
Just wow
KState should not miss a beat with Howard in there at QB.

Howard played the entire game vs Ok State:

Martinez played the next week against Texas:

Then Howard came in last week against Baylor:

Looks like tOSU is down to their 4th string RB, as that room is currently a MASH unit. They seem pretty concerned considering Mich. is coming to town Thanksgiving weekend.

I would love for Tennessee to play Michigan in the Fiesta Bowl

I know it is very unlikely to happen, but I'd love to see Maryland hang a big L on Ohio State on Saturday. I hope Tua Jr. picks em apart.

Just curious, how do you think we match up with Michigan?
I think it would be a similar matchup as Vols vs UK or LSU. Michigan is very good at running the ball. We're good at stopping the run. Michigan has a stout defense. So does UK and LSU. We gashed them both. Michigan has a weak passing game. I think Vols would beat them by at least 2 scores. OSU would be the much tougher game imo.

We would REALLY have to shut down their run game, which between Corum and McCarthy would be a task. But as has been our gameplan all year, we'd try to get up 2 scores and force them to start going to the air.

Michigan has been dominating teams this with their QB only throwing for 1,700 yards and 14 TDs--their run game is no joke.

My entire extended family are Michigan people. I want Ohio state to skull drag them, and then we light up Ohio state for the twist of the dagger.

OSU, just because I despise those arrogant bassards. Then on beating them, just for good measure, have half the POTS play their fight song, at the same time the other half play RockyTop. I'm the kind of guy who believes if you're going to mess with people's head, mess their heads up.

I think we match up better with Michigan but I want OSU in the semis. I wanna see who really has the best offense in the nation.

Probably not, but they are more of a blue blood than TCU, and neither conference is very good.
Final Rankings, JMO:
1. UGA
2. OSU
3. Tennessee
4. 1-loss USC
5. 1-loss Michigan
6. 2-loss Alabama
7. 1-loss TCU
8. 1-loss Clemson/UNC
