I actually preferred for us to hire Nikki as Pat's replacement but Pat made her wishes known. Of course, I didn't see LSU going as far as we did in the NCAA this post season.

Yeah she probably will be let go after this year if there's not a big improvement at Lsu. They are paying nicki big bucks. I too was hoping lady vols would have hired her. Wonder if she would have been successful.

She would have been a better hire at the time. Look at the resumes at the time. If Caldwell had our talent she would have done better than Holly. That should be our staff. We effed that up though.

Her job at lSU is to get talent ... Lets not beat holly down for not getting recruits when nikki is not landing nobody in the top 100 .,whats good for the goose is good for the gander

I agree! What she did at UCLA (which I feel she should've stayed) prior to coming to (LSU) the SEC shows that she was a better coach and recruiter than Holly in that short span. She had them in the tournament and was slowly being a tough program which shocked me why she would leave UCLA to go to LSU when her dream job was to be at UT. Some people chase the money and for what LSU offered her, I don't blamed her, with a lot of the talent no longer in Louisiana it is harder for her to recruit because the program isn't what it was when Sylvia Fowles,Temeka Johnson and Simone Augustus were there not to mention parents are a little suspect to send their kids to a school where one of the former coach was having a relationship with one of her players (Pokey Chatman)

has nothing to do with Warlick's. You seem to be suggesting that we should be OK with Warlick because Caldwell is not doing well either. Nonsense. We're not LSU, we're Tennessee--one of the best programs in America. I don't give a whit what Caldwell is doing, but I do care, we all do, about what Warlick is doing--or should I say not doing?--at UT. Neither one of them is a good coach.
