If Mike comes back it is a good move on their part. Mike won't put up with Vince's attitude and he is a proven OC. Steve McNair won an MVP under his watch and Billy Volek put up huge numbers also. He did a lot for Jay Cutler in Denver also. This is a great hire if it happens. He is also familar with the Titans staff and wouldn't have to replace anyone.

I dont like it personally b/c Vince will react different to Mike H. than he did Chow. Heimmy is a real ballbuster and Vince seems to get his feelings hurt easy. We will see though.

It wasn't the Titans choice. He went to NYJ for a lot more money than the Titans were paying him. Mike is real good with QB's, not only did McNair win the co-mvp and Volek pass for two 400 yard games under him but it took Elway 11 years in the league to get a passer rating as good as Cutler's in his second season under Mike's watch. There is no comparison to David Cutcliffe in this hire, nice try.
