Mike Glennon of NCST is looking to transfer. I live in his hometown and thats the big rumor thats going around. His brother didnt do too great at VT and i dont think the Glennons want the younger son to just sit on the bench for 3 or 4 years waiting for his chance. He seems like he'd be a perfect fit for Kiffin's offense. At 6'6 he certainly has the height, along with all the tools to be successful.

Your thoughts???

Oh yeah here are his recruiting profiles:

6'6 195?!?!?!?! If he's riding the pine at state, I don't see a whole lot of hope for a guy like him

He's an ugly lil feller. I think I saw him on Sci Fi channel the other day in the movie "The Children of the Corn 4."
It was a thriller.

Why should we take everybody else's rejects. There was a time when Qbs would never think about transferring here.

This kid is good. Hes not 195 anymore. Hes about 210, and has worked out a lot this season. He actually hurt his hand at the beginning of the year and was immediately put behind in the Qb competition so decided to redshirt. After the success of Russel Wilson, he knew he would have no chance.

He is going to be a good player, Tennessee would be stupid not to take a shot at getting this guy to come here

This is a transfer I would be happy about. He would be a RS sophomore when he is eligible in 2010.

He's not necesarily a reject its just that the guy ahead of him is a freshman who threw 17TDs to just 1INT. Nobody's going to realistically (barring injury) get a shot at starting above him. He was a top recruit and i'm sure he still is going to be a top notch QB.

He was also very high on Purdue before commiting to NCST and now we have a decent Purdue connection so you never know.

?

Like now, unless they are looking for almost certain playing time.

redshirt starter at a ncstate = 4th string qb at UT

He would be in the same boat he is in now if he was able to come here.

Kiffin is going to coach up what he has until he gets a stud.

I don't understand some of you all. Maybe its the fact that Fulmer and company have warped our minds and lead us all to believe that middle of the list qb's were all we could get. Ok how about we go for a Leinart, Tebow, Colt, big time QB instead of these players we are hoping will be a diamond in the rough.

Colt was a 3* QB. Not exactly the best example.
