Mike Leach hysterical at his first MSU press conference

He's the epitome of someone who loves to coach and the notion of getting more out of people than they knew they had and gaining satisfaction by seeing your strategy beat the other guy's strategy. He clearly highly values college life and all that comes with it.

It was a great press conference if you really listened to what he was saying. None of it was "coach speak"; none of it was rah rah for the sake of rah rah. He was sincere in his love for Wash St, the experience there and the relationships. The more I hear from him the more I'm absolutely certain the Craig James stuff was complete horse squeeze

he wanted to tell the old joke about 2 people watching a dog lick itself (in reference to the Bulldog) but held himself back. He did offer up the punch line (that dog would bite you!)

Why some of you like this clown so much is baffling.
I like watching him while being glad he isn’t our guy. Kiffin and him belong in the same state, more flash than substance. At least Leach does have some accomplishments (although I doubt he could ever be a real success at a major SEC school like Tennessee).
I much prefer Pruitt, less glitz and glamor and more actual work.

Burrow is a freak....generational. Still, how did that high scoring, led by a Heisman candidate offense do in the semis against the LSU D?

28 points if I recall. Ole Miss put up a ton, Bama put up a ton, etc. The point is that LSU (and Bama this year for that matter) were better on offense than defense

the video looks like they kidnapped him, and promised he would see his family again if he did exactly as he was told.

Hahahahahaaa... Did he get on a different plane and wake up on this one? hahahahahaaaa... He looks absolutely out of it!

Expect not one defense has been able to stop Burrow and LSU’s offense.

Only game that was fairly close was against Auburn.

And Clemsons defense is much better than Auburn’s. Meanwhile their offense is as good or better than anyone LSU has faced including Bama.

Overall Clemson’s defense is better, but what’s not better is their defensive line. That’s why auburn was able to keep LSU in check, they were able to consistently get pressure on burrow with only their front four. If Clemson can’t, and they have to use 5 or 6 to on the blitz, then they’re in trouble. And in fairness, their overall defensive rankings are inflated because of the weak competition they played for most of the year.

Probably thinking, “how long do I have to shake this damn cow bell?’ Not as awkward as Beliema’s “woo pig sooey” press conference though. Lol
