If Barstool is giving Hunter a $1 million to go to Jackson State, he’s be crazy not to accept. Especially given that he can pull a Ewers and transfer next season if he wants.

Hold on I’m behind the loop…Barstool is really paying him to go to Jackson State with Deion???

They asked Big Cat how much it cost on a public chat. Big Cat said "0 dollars... Nothing". They hung up on Big Cat.

That's what's rumored...Deion does stuff with the Barstool guys and I think was about to become part of their crew until he took the Jackson St job.

I agree with @Boston Vol that he's there no more than a year...he can get paid this year, then flip to a school that will offer him more exposure.

It would be funny as f to see Saban snatch the kid from Deion and ask Deion in an Aflac commercial if he bought insurance for unexpected losses......

I’m a pro-NIL as it gets. Go get that money. But I’m not sure a “pretty much” gambling company should be allowed to have a NIL deal with a kid.

Trust me I know. But I think Penn Gambling owns like 33% of their company. I just think that’s a dangerous game
If anything, wouldn't NIL deals and college kids getting paid reduce the chances for point shaving, throwing games, etc.?

Kids can get paid now, on the table and in line with NCAA rules, for their NIL. When that is an option, why risk everything on throwing a game? Not saying it couldn't or doesn't happen, but it seems like the chances would be reduced.
