Let me ask everybody on here something!! Anybody that listens to the animal knows the mike im talking about!!!!! What is it with this idiot?????????????? Im so sick of him!!
I mean im all for everyones opinions but good lord!! He is the worse ut fan every!!! does he not have a life or a girlfriend or what?? anyway whats yalls thought on this poor excuse of a ut fan?

It's callers like Mike who are the lifeblood of shows like SportsTalk. He and Hyams have some pretty good exchanges from time to time. Yes, at times his ideas and style will grate on everyone's nerves, but you could even get Jimmy Hyams to admit that he has good points many times.

Mike also seems to care as much or more about UT athletics than many of our 'Saturday Afternoon Fans.'

Yep, I heard him tonite and once before. He needs to learn to get to the point. He spends 30 seconds setting up his questions and making his own cute cliche type statements.

He's a boring name dropper and does not have a life. :bad:

I hear him most every day and I agree. He is a moron, He wouldn't be happy with a National Championship every year. He would always find something to complain about. The thing I dislike about him the most is is pure dislike of the Lady Vols. If he is a true University of Tennessee fan he should support all UT atheletic teams mens or womens.

That guy is worldwide. I've heard him on the radio in Nashville, Atlanta, Chattanooga, etc. I've only tried to call a radio show a few times, but that guy must have a hotline.

Sometimes he does speak the truth.

He doesn't say much about the Lady Vols because Jimmy Hyams doesn't like to hear it because it's BS. But I've heard him say that if it were up to him he would shut down the Lady Vol program.

Frankly sometimes (notice I said sometimes) I agree with him. It's people like him that make talk radio. Like Howard Cosell for us old timers. Like him or hate him you always watched or in Small Mike's case listen.
He does need to get a life though. I'd like to know what he does for a living. He calls into national shows too on a regular basis.

I've actually met the guy and he's pretty cool. I've never disagreed with him. He's not a sheep like most callers on the snooze button.

He calls the Paul Finebaum talk show in B'ham sometimes. Actually seems to know his facts and can go mano to mano with that jerk UT grad Finebaum.

I've heard the guy here and there. IMO, he's a gnat with a telephone.
Couldnt be much of a man if he's intimidated by a group of Lady VOLS schooling the court.

I've always wondered if the guy has a real job or if he collects welfare and food stamps. If I spent all day calling sports shows I would not get anything done if I were working for myself and would get fired if I were working for someone else.

I've heard S. M. on WLAC from time to time. Frankly, he states the raw truth in a raw manner. I didn't hear him last night (or whenever) but WHO else is to blame but CPF. The offense has been slipping for years & he did nothing. Signs were obvious our Staff could not develop some of the best talent & recruits in the nation. Top 5 ol, wr's, rb's, etc. once on campus NEVER improved.

In my opinion, it's years too late w CPF's recent basically forced reaction. Simply look at how much of a laughing stock UT has become and how that is going to affect recruiting, tv exposure and our overall clout.

Coach Phil Fulmer, the A.D., the players or the fans should never be so blind as to disregard the obvious. Otherwise, it's a tough landing.

Small Mike is in real estate I believe -- at least I was told that.

He doesn't like the Lady Vols (fake basketball he calls it) because he feels like they get shoved down people's throats and they receive $7 million from the men's athletic budget each year (called transfer payments).

There are a series of things, but that is the gist.

I will say this: He was calling for CPW and CJRS respective heads years ago. CPF just now got around to agreeing with him.

I don't always agree with him but do enjoy his calls and the reaction they get. But by no means do I think the guy is a dumba**.

I think he is classic because he states the facts and brings up legit points....Blob and Wimpy are just too stale and sheepish to ever agree with him.

Small Mike brings it. Sometimes I agree with him, sometimes I don;t, but he's good for talk radio.
