After released from Stanford he decided to be a Dukie. Actually, he pretty much decided to come to Duke a while ago, but still, it's a good addition to what was only a 2 man class.

I suppose 3-star recruiting news for all Division 1 programs belongs in this forum.

As an aside, I don't care that much, because I'm not obligated to read the thread. Just pointing out that I've been under the impression that this forum is for news around the NCAA that Vol fans care about (Around the NCAA forum on volnation.com).

Look at all of the thread titles on this page, and this one sticks out like a sore thumb.

I didn't say everything on here was UT-related. I said it was stuff that most of us will care about.

Examples of thread subjects currently on the front page of this forum: SEC-related topics, coaching changes at major schools, significant players declaring for the draft, news regarding famous sports figures (Holtz thread), and otherwise interesting news (sad story of ex-Baylor asst., girl getting carried around the bases).

To compare, this thread is about a 3-star basketball prospect switching between out-of-conference programs that are not on UT's schedule.

I'd react the same way if droski created a thread about California's recruiting.

I don't really care. It was for Bill and BPV just to see. They didn't have to reply to it to see the news. And TNFAN.

I think it is to. I'm very happy with him being on the recruiting trail while K is handling the olympics.

The main UT forum is for football and basketball. perhaps you are just looking at the wrong time. During the season and even last week with the news of Lofton fighting through cancer and the whole Duke/Ramar saga, there were plenty of UT bball threads in the main forum.

Freak has been debating adding a separate UT bball forum since i joined.
