What the hell is Brent talking about? He just said that Georgia needs LSU to hold on tonite so Georgia and LSU could have a winner take all game later this season. What? Umm....Georgia already has 2 losses, as does Tennessee who owns the tiebreaker....plus, Georgia still has to play Florida who has no losses and actually leads the SECe. Plus, I'm thinking Bama may just have a little something to say about how the West plays out. I normally kind like old Brent, but wth was he talking about?

I'm switching back and forth between this and the LSU UF game and every time I do it seems one of these teams is punting.

If Florida wins, Florida wins the east. If Florida loses the east is still relatively up for grabs, which is better for UGA and us.

He is assuming that Alabama will beat us next week without saying so and that Georgia will beat every other SEC team they play except Florida. That's assuming a lot but he could be right.

I know....which is why I'm asking what the hell Brent is talking about when he basically says Georgia is in the SECe driver's seat and is counting on LSU to "hold on" vs Florida....if Florida loses they're still in the lead in the East by at least one game. As it stands now, Georgia is losing to Mizzou and their freshman QB at home at the half and there's virtually no reason to think Georgia will beat Florida.....talk about putting the cart before the horse. A whole lot has to happen yet for Georgia and LSU to play in the SECCG...this is week 7, not week 12.

Hope Georgia wins this game, gives Mizzou it's 3rd SEC loss and pretty much puts them out of contention. We need them as weakened as possible when we play them in November. I'm confident that Georgia will lose another game or two.
