Please don't display your stupidity on this thread. Good grief. Did you bother to read it?

It's a great story!

The story said she accidentally locked kid and keys in car.

That's the town I moved from. Mo West is the new summer camp home for the KC Chiefs.

About 45 minutes from Kansas city. Was just up there watching chiefs training camp. The facilities are very nice.

I was supposed to see family in July but got delayed until Oct. I really wanted to go to training camp. My nephews did get EB's autograph and an interview on KQ2. For a couple hams they were pretty shy for the cameras.

Maybe I'm missing the point but seriously wouldn't the first thing you do would be to get the kid out before you lock the freaking doors? Like I said good for the players, dumb move by the parent.

You've never locked your keys in your car or your house/apartment? Having a kid in the car doesn't automatically make you more alert. Wish it did. Most of the time it makes you more insane if anything.

It was an accident. These things happen. It's inapporpriate to blame the parent. :hi:

I should have replied more like you.

I wanna change my answer....

And I don't mean that to say some parents aren't complete idiots.

that is ridiculous

She and other family members weren't able to break the window while Liam was throwing up and beginning to lose consciousness.

how long had the kid been in the car? Unfortunately this happens way too often and people need to pay extra attention

AP article said player broke window with 1 swing. St. Joe. Newspress said he broke window with a hammer. Either way kudos to the players.

I have a 3 year old and I have never done that. However, I can see how it could happen. You have about 3 bags to drag around everywhere with kids that age, sometimes you can be in such a hurry to get everything, most times on little sleep. She needs to be more careful, but I can empathize a little.

Same here. Took us an hour on sunday to load everything for our toddler and newborn just to go visit family in Overland Park ( about 30 min. south). I can see this type of accident happening on little sleep. I haven't had good sleep in two years. Fortunate that nothing like this has happened.

Especially it being a gammy...we all know how geriatric they can be at times
