Does anyone here fully understand this?

Last year I got MLB Extra Innings. I mainly watch the Yanks and 99% (probably 100+ games easy) of the time I watched them on YES (through the Sorts Pack on DirecTV)

This maybe a dumb question but I'm unsure of the rules...

Did I waste money last year with MLB Extra Innings, or by purchasing MLB E.I. did it open up games on YES for me? This year I'm unable to get MLB E.I. but I already have the Sports Pack with YES.

If I made sense above.... Should I still be able to view Yankees games on YES without MLB E.I.?

:blink::huh::question::fool:

You won't get Yankee games on YES unless you have Extra Innings. Otherwise, everybody would subscribe to the Sports Pack instead of EI because it would be a lot cheaper that way.

Not sure how blackouts work since i get nesn, yes, and sny on basic cable, smoke.

Let the season run a few weeks to see the deal before you buy anything.

Got the package this year for the first time. You all were right in the thread I started, when I asked about the blackouts and costs as well.

Being here in Las Vegas, all the teams claim you as their fans!

No Arizona, Oakland, San Fran, LAofA, LA Dodgers, and Padres. It is crazy! Still love it to death though. I just wish they would ease up some on the blackout rules.

It is a dang 8 hour drive to San Fran from here!! Do we deserve to be blacked out???
