Thought this might be a good idea to discuss potential lineups with other people to help optimize $ opportunities.

It would be hard for me to go Pineda over Gray in that price range.

Debated on that for a while. He’s in a great ballpark against a bad lineup. Have to give up Judge though. Pretty torn on it

Not telling you to change your lineup ha. But you could easily drop Bird for Jansen or Diaz for Drury to get Gray

If you sign up for baseball reference’s newsletter you get a list of matchups that historically benefit the hitter for the day.

Don’t like that. Got 2 shares of Skaggs in fantasy leagues

Daily checklist for me:
Implied runs
Weather
Value (always need one or two)
Pitching
Lineup positioning/starters
Chalk (who is everyone playing)

So in big tourneys steer away from chalk plays? And small ones, have a safe core?

Just depends on contest selection. The big tourneys look good, but it’s hard to compete when someone can plug in 150 lineups so I don’t really play those. I typically play one semi optimized lineup everywhere I play factoring in the best plays and pivots off of some higher opened guys I think will bust. I would suggest playing smaller buy-in single entry stuff until you get the hang of it and form your own strategies.
