About returning to team activities. He hasnt been asked to repay anything as of yet, and as of now signs point toward him returning against South Carolina. He will meet the NCAA Thursday so we will know definitely by then. I cant wait to have the big guy back, lord knows we need him out there.
If they don't allow him to return, I hope he "lawyers up" and joins the class action suit against the NCAA.

Who names their kid "Haha"? Seriously!

Indeed its like naming their kid, millionaire or first round pick or possibly first defensive back taken, seriously who names their kid that...

Anyways after we are done with a non-pertinent comment. Does anyone know if say a 10 million per league commitment would allow the NCAA, other then be a governing association which is full of fraud anyways, have allocated say 5-10 investigators which would take issues and resolve them quicker then 3-5 weeks and make someone who is not guilty not miss more then a week.

Hope he gets back. If he does he will be hungry to prove his worth and erase this incident. 6 games left and it maybe like releasing a caged animal. His apology said it all.

We could use him certainly but why would UT allow someone back who intentionally took benefits they knew were illegal in the 1st place? There is no fuzz on that point. Someone with that low moral fiber or mindset should not be on the team. Hope the school says Thanks but No Thanks to Mo and allows him to move on to bigger paydays.

Really? Poor judgement, yes. "Low moral fiber" is a bit strong.

Cause they know the NCAA is a corrupt group of bureaucrats, who is on the one hand raking in Billions of $$$ off their backs every year, while on the other demanding the athletes that generate those $$$ get nothing in return. It's just one big racket, and I don't blame a single one of them. They see the NCAA and the Universities "Getting Paid."...while they cannot.

In the past players who have committed this type violation receive a suspension and have to repay the money that was given to them. I would think 4 games would be the minimum but we shall see what the NCAA says.
