Some level of consistency would be nice. Also a little transparency would be appreciated. Other kids can pay the money back but he can't?

The NCAA didn't make Mo take the money

I know they are inconsistent, but don't put yourself in that place. Mo can't blame anyone but himself

Mo shouldn't have done it. MO knows better. Mo was probably desperate. NCAA gives preferential treatment. I have an idea UT didn't fight for him. Maybe he didn't pay back the money. Bones never lie! (Sorry, it just seemed like it fit there)

Hey kids, If you ever make a mistake and get caught, NEVER be a Man and admit it or apologize for your wrong doings!! Instead, lie your a$$ off and deny everything!!! Just like Johnny Douche-Nozzle!!
This lesson was brought to you by the NCAA and the letter "F"

If the NCAA allows paying the money back as a way to get reinstated then think about how ridiculous that is.

If a kid really needs the money to help his family then he'll spend the money when he gets it on essentials. Then if he gets caught and the NCAA asks him to pay it back he'll have no money to pay and won't be reinstated.

If a kid or his family have money and he just takes some money because he wants some cash then he'll probably be able to pay the money back when the NCAA requests it and he'll get reinstated.

So if you take money because you really need it and get caught you're done. If you take money when you really don't need it then just pay it back and no harm done. Just ridiculous logic.

If Couch is ineligible because he doesn't have the resources to pay it back then it's a great injustice.

He did wrong but if a bammer can get reinstated with their history of cheating then theirs no reason Mo should be out.

Sucks! I knew when this broke that he was done though. Other universities get a slap on the wrist, but the NCAA throws the book at us.

This is the NCAA being completely bias. Tennessee always gets to be in the NCAAs shi*ter!
