Never, ever admit to anything. It's their burden of proof and admitting does no good whatsoever.

This is outrageous! There are football players that commit crimes who get suspended for less time than Mo has already served! He's getting the same penalty Dez Bryant got for LYING to the NCAA.

It's getting harder and harder to be a fan of college sports.

Legarrette Blount knocked a dude out on live TV and still got to come back. NCAA is a JOKE

Some level of consistency would be nice. Also a little transparency would be appreciated. Other kids can pay the money back but he can't?

The guy in charge of the NCAA was at LSU when Saban was there. So, I would guess that he "hooked" his old pal from those LSU days up and made Ha Ha eligible. Now, I am sure that Saban is laughing Ha Ha.

H.A.B.U. Hook A Brother Up!!!

Does the NCAA have a twitter account? We need to light them up.

My thoughts exactly. Or at least some email address, or something. Heck maybe we all just need to go to their headquarters, where ever that is, and if they even have one, and protest.

Unfortunately this is true. You try to teach your kids growing up that honesty is always the best policy, and then the NCAA comes along to let you know that no, it isn't always. What a piece of crap they are!

The problem with the NCAA here isn't necessarily the decision on MO. He did wrong and admitted it. Now he is paying the piper. The problem is a "big time" player at a school in the hunt for a conference or national title would not have been declared ineligible. We have seen the NCAA pull that on several occasions. I don't really care how they enforce their rules so long as that enforcement is consistent. It isn't!

This situation with Mo also goes to show that you are better off lying to the NCAA if you did something wrong. You gain nothing by being honest. The NCAA is not seeing a great example for the student athletes they are supposed to be representing.

Heaven forbid if we ever did something really bad because we would sure as heck get the death penalty. They probably would make us tear down Neyland Stadium..........jk
But you never know with the NCAA.

Hey kids, If you ever make a mistake and get caught, NEVER be a Man and admit it or apologize for your wrong doings!! Instead, lie your a$$ off and deny everything!!! Just like Johnny Douche-Nozzle!!
This lesson was brought to you by the NCAA and the letter "F"

I thought we had all learned this by now! It just kills me with what little we have done to get investigated by the NCAA but yet Fluker was busted and now HaClintonDick takes money, T. Richardson had 4 50000 dollar vehicles and J. Jones' many 1000 dollar suits and the NCAA doesn't even think twice about it. It seems like bull $#!t.

Take B.Pearl for example he should have lied to the bitter end. He would have came out better i bet you.

I would like to direct this to the distinguished members of the NCAA: You lousy cork-soakers. You have violated my farging rights. Dis somanumbatching country was founded so that the liberties of common patriotic citizens like me could not be taken away by a bunch of fargin iceholes... like yourselves.
