As a sucker for anything mob I'll be watching this. So 2013 is a year for mobster entertainment set in Los Angeles.

First the movie Gangster Squad now the tv show on TNT Mob City.

Premieres Wednesday at 9pm on TNT, looks pretty interesting to me. Walking Dead fans will be pleased as Shane, Dale and Jim will be part of the cast.

Also this tv show will also have Mickey Cohen in it which Gangster Squad also did.
Ben Bugsy Siegel is a mobster that will also be in this tv show.

There was a special promotion for this tv show for the NBA On TNT tv show with Shaq,Kenny, Ernie, and Charles all wearing fedoras, and a poll of voting which of four characters is going to get killed first.

My mistake it's a mini series same as Roots.

I think of mini series is the tv version of a trilogy movie series.
2 hour premiere tonight, repairs at 10 pm.

Watched it last night and will be following it for the duration. Love the 50's style noir to it. Since I love jazz from that era this show got my attention.
