I read that earlier today and just couldn't bring myself to post more bad news. :huh:

But I see that you don't mind UTVOLFAN.... ;)

Not the end of the world. The judge didn't want to decide and sent it to the grand jury which could bring a true verdict or dismiss it. This could take up to 2 years or more to go in front of the Grand Jury. Then if it goes to trial he could be out of college and in the NFL. Even if the Grand Jury returns a true verdict the lawyers could delay for another 2 years, even then the petit jury could return a not guilty verdict.
