they have on their website now a 3 year program analysis, in which UT ranks 13, ahead of UF, but behind LSU, Auburn and UGA, which is about right i guess...they have this new fangled forumla they use.
interestingly enough, part of what helped Auburn's ranking, aside from the undefeated season, was they counted the two wins against TN during that season as "elite" wins...I think CFN is basing a lot off of name value alone in this, but thought it was interesting.
They also rank the ACC as the best overall conference over the past 3 years...
