Blaine & Brent were going on yesterday before the game saying "if Vandy wins tonight and they go 8-4 or 9-3 that may be bad for them because everybody in the country would be going after coach Franklin".... they are so giddy over him. Makes me sick lol. I was thinkin hold on guys, may want to pump the brakes a bit and wait til they actually do something before annointing them the SEC east. They actually said Vandy may win the east. So tired of Nashville radio.

and Blaine actually said Franklin was a better X and O's coach than Spurrier.

Moral Victory?

Nevermind a few sloppy defensive plays from USCe and reckless regard for body protection from the QB. Last night did not show Vandy is amazing, it showed USCe is not a top 10 team-at least not right now.

Franklin=Master of chodes. Where does this guy get off? Somebody forgot to tell him he coaches at Comode door central. He CAN NOT keep these recruits in Vandy undergrad school without cheating. Kimrough, who is from Memphis East has an IQ slightly higher than forrest Gump(75?) The sooner I don't have to look at him or listen to him the better. Go coach in the midwest somewhere in BFE and vanish please

I heard that too! :eek:lol: I guess it's possible that he could turn out to be better than the ole ball coach but at least wait until he does better than 6-7 with a bowl loss before declaring that. Like, maybe until he has a NC under his belt?

last night proved that USCe is not a top-10 team, nothing more nothing less. the James Franklin nutsack swingers in Nashville refuse to understand that.

I love how fans on the Vandy boards don't have any shame at all when it comes to blaming the refs and deflecting blame elsewhere. The PI no-call wasn't even that bad.

I don't know man, I still think they would've lost but that WAS a pretty blatant PI.
Yes it was. But it is Vandys crutch to blame someone/thing else. If Franklin would've called the plays to get them in the endzone in the 3rd when they got the ball about 3 times inside their 50 they wouldnt have been worried about a pi.

Oh I agree. There are plays to be made throughout a game and that is the true determining factor in a football game. Not a missed call by a ref but....... you can't say it wasn't too bad of a pi, grabbing the receivers arm is pretty bad. Please don't mistake my comments as being pro Vandy as the are most definitely not.

The worst part about it is that the referee was looking right at the play and chose not to call it. if he'd been blocked or something you might give him the benefit of a doubt. As it was, it looked to be favoritism.
