Dude Stetson was a 4th rounder (admittedly a wash out due to suspected alcoholism issues) but Beck is twice the QB that he was. Come on now.

tOSU and USC quarterbacks wash out due to their lack of understanding of NFL style offenses. They run very simple schemes that don’t translate to the NFL.

Yeah I think Beck has more upside than Bennett based on size/strength and his year 1 performance. He was a top-10 rated QB against FBS teams and threw for 300+ yards in those games—and that is without having his top two targets on the field at the same time all year. He’s not a very effective runner, though.

I also am pretty sure the Lamborghini is a lease.

He led the SEC in passing yards. I don't think he'll be a long term starter in the NFL, it just gets kind of embarrassing to read some of the takes some of our fans have about players who ball against us and pretty much everyone else. If Nico throws for 3,900 plus yards next year and leads the SEC like Beck did, we'll be bursting with pride around here and rightly so.

Lol I get what you are saying but Hendon was better than everyone in this conference last year and it wasn't close. Brock Bowers and an all world OL helped that Giraffe neck goof more than anyone will admit. Hes not a bad QB but he isn't a game changer either. The only team he played that had similar talent level they lost. Sorry I don't really even think he's as good as Bennett

I don't disagree with you about Bennett at all. That dude was just a winner. He'd have made a play against Bama that would have been the difference.
