Apparently the definition of 'earmark' has changed.
Only took them a few months to go from cut, cut, cut to cut (as long as it doesn't affect my district), cut. ALL politicians suck.

Point well taken, but the article was a weakly written partisan job full of a bunch of nothing. The AP makes Fox look centrist.
