Offensively they are a lot like us, the top of the line up is sorted out, the back half not so much.

They will start Jr. RHP Patrick McGuff, he's a JUCO transfer (Sinclair CC) with no stats on the season thus far.

They have yet to play a home game. They are off to their best start since 1994 and took us to 14 innings last year before we escaped with a 14-13 win. They've won the last seven out of 10 meetings.

Guessing here, looking for Zach Warren, Jacob Westphal to get work tomorrow, maybe Soto and Reid as well.

Weather has been an issue all freaking season. I am worried all these games we are canceling will hurt us in the end. It seems like our offense is hurting right now because of it as well. Fingers crossed.

This is a good team. Morehead took 3 of 4 at San Diego opening weekend


USD has since got off the mat and beat Texas twice and Mississippi State twice and won at Fullerton in a single game this week. All these games on road. so the Torreros are sole and Morehead (a cold weather team) ate their lunch the first weekend

The have won every weekend series or tourney basically losing 1 game here and there to Dayton and UN-Asheville but they do put up more runs than the Vols have. Due to weather, I don't think they've played a home game yet.
