I personally thought that he did a better job than stewart. What i wonder is if he is a shutdown corner why do they not move him to corner. I mean i know we need secondary help but i honestly believe he needs to me on that feild. He made a great play when uab about scored. And he and allen made one hell of a hit on someone! He lookes better to me than anyone else besides allen.

Stud. Some other players were talking in the offseason how he could already be among the most talented DBacks on this team, even on the same level as Jason Allen. He did nothing but impress on Saturday.

When he was in he was always around the ball...As for the play where UAB almost scored, the ball hit the reciever in the hands and he didn't catch it, that is the only reason they didn't score.

Morley is the best DB prospect to arrive on campus since Dale Carter.

I dont think you could have asked for much better play from D-Mo?
There was 1 play right in front of us, He looked like a lost puppy but when the whistle blew he came out of the pile.
Same for Mayo, just went to the ball and layed a helmet on somebody.

D-mo starts in the swamp (but it won't be debated like the starting qb situation will it, even though pass defense will probably when or lose that game for us.)

Yep. We are going to have to shut down Leak if we're gonna win. Deshaun Wynn didn't even play either. Our defense certainly has their work cut out for them.

Never know, he might end up starting at UF, have a huge game and never look back.

I think they're gonna do that. Not to worry. :aggressive:

D-Mo did nothing to live down the hype associated with his arrival, making an impact in his first game as a true FROSH. He'll be the leader after Allen leaves this season.

He'll start at Florida I think.

Also, he BROKE UP THE PASS at the end of the game. JP said it, ESPN said it, the Vol Network said it, and most importantly, the guys that keep stats said it.

Morley definetly lived up to the hype, I just hope he doesn't turn into one of our notorious trouble makers

NO. YOU ARE WRONG. The ball goes UP if you will pull the chair just a lil closer to the screen, you'll see it.

He got the pass deflection for it, so as hard as this may be to believe, your opinion doesn't matter because the OFFICIAL SCORER saw him tip it, and scored it a "pass break up". :post-20645-1119625378:

I watched the replay in slow motion a few times on that play. The ball was tipped but it was nearly impossible to tell if it was tipped by morely or the receiver.

I thought he tipped it. Even if he didn't, the pass was high and hot.

no harm no foul, incomplete pass is all that matters, sometimes its better to lucky than good
