At some point, these Universities have to put their foot down and tell the agents NO to those ridiculous contract stipulations.

For example, Muschamp has accomplished nothing to justify that buyout amount. Some of these coaches with zero hardware and zero accomplishments are receiving contracts that guarantee them multi-millionaire status for failure. In what other profession can you achieve millionaire status by providing very little or no benefit in results to your employer?

This has to stop at some point.

Winless in the SEC twice with multiple losses to low tier schools. That has to beat Dooley out for worst hire ever. I know we lost to ga state but let’s be real, the stork of events from the past decade lead us to 65ish scholarship guys who were learning under a new staff.
