The roster was recruited by Bielema.
Morris is a pistol/spread type guy.
He was playing with Bielema's players and needed to turn the roster over.
I don't know WTF people expect anymore.
This "must win now" BS has made everything so foolish and reactionary.

Nah, was listening to CFB insider/writer Steven Godfrey on 104.5 last week said Norvell has something in his past that is scared off some ADs.

Yeah well GA State has only been d1 since 2010. It’s the fact that they haven’t beaten a Power 5 team in 2 years on top of the fact that they lost to San Jose and WKU in the same year. That’s some bad mojo for anyone.

They lost to Tyson Helton who is in his first year as head coach at WKU....

Yes, but serious rumblings had started on Morris well before yesterday, and those rumblings can't be attributed to bad barbecue.

Barrett Sallee's list shows how lazy the media is. They always gravitate toward the "names". I think it is unlikely that is how Arkansas's search will go... and Rich Rodriguez? Seriously? That has to be a joke. He was fired at both Michigan and Arizona but Arky is going to be interested?

That is a dumb list all around.

I’d think Fleck or the pirate may take a chance. The top is very heavy but someone should be able to compete with the Miss. teams to finish fourth

Listening to the radio while driving through Little Rock, the two names that came up the most were Hugh Freeze and Mike Norvell. The talk was also that Sam Pittman was leaving Georgia to go back to Arkansas because both he and his wife have family in the area. I really hate seeing them get rid of Chad because he seemed like a really bad coach that would have kept them struggling for years.
