VolNation what is your MOST memorable game in Neyland Stadium? It may be your first game ever in Neyland, a monumental upset or highest record attendance?

1982 Bama game and next would be 1985 Auburn Bo No Show game.

I like the way you think. Bama 82 game was my first game and I was a freshman at UT for the 85 Auburn game. A close third would be the 98 Florida game.

'09 Auburn. I surprised my twin brother and came up from my internship for the game. We lost, but it was awesome being there with him.

Runner Ups: Vandy 2011 and last year's Georgia game.

This.

The '84 Bama game was classic as well.

That 1982 Bama game was louder than any game of the Fulmer era in my opinion.

Neyland Stadium discovered its voice in the 1970 Florida game. The return of Dickey was a passionate blood letting in more ways than one.

Personal favorite has to be 1996 Tennessee / Alabama. If I remember right we were both in the top 10. Was back and forth and Jay Graham broke an 80 yard run to put us ahead in the 4th. Our season tics were in Y10 and it looked like he was running right to us - loudest I can remember. Bama looked like they were going to tie it up and Little forced a fumble by "Fat Freddie" (Kitchens) as he had been dubbed by the local radio station here in Chattanooga. Florida and Arkansas 1998were bigger - but I don't know that I have ever witness a football moment that was more exiting than that Jay Graham run.

1971 Tennessee 31 Penn St 11. Penn St was ranked 4th in one poll and 5th in another. It was Majors Family Day. Johnny, his siblings and parents were in the house and were all brought out onto the field and recognized. Bobby Majors went wild during the game and also return a punt for a touchdown. It was a great day -- the best day -- to be a Vol!
