Bayshore is set up very well for walkers, runners and bike riders.......but at some point those people have to cross over 4 lanes and a median to get to get to and from the houses....there in lies the issue.......

Plans are for more flashing crosswalk signs as there are none now.....I predict elevated cross overs down the road....

I liked the area. We're gonna try to go back next year to Clearwater or that town where honeymoon island is.

Dunedin..We lived in Clearwater-Largo..but my wife worked in Dunedin. My daughter was married on the beach at Honeymoon Island. It was our co-favorite beach/park in the T-Bay area along with Fort De Soto state park. Next time you guys go down, you should head down to that park for a day. It has an old fort along with beautiful beaches. We also loved Pasadena beach by the Don Cesar..I love the state park beaches most because of their undeveloped feel. We used to walk a couple of miles up to the end of Honeymoon island..it is totally wild feeling and almost always deserted.

We found it our last full day, and I absolutely loved it. I'll check the others, thanks.

My wife and I would love to retire to Dunedin. We live in Tampa now. Dunedin has about everything we want, good restaurants, close to beach, small town feel, yet close to major airport. Hopefully, real estate prices won’t skyrocket up in the next 5-10 years.

How about Safety Harbor? I loved that little community too.

Thanks. I'm not familiar with Safety Harbor - will check it out.

Go over and drive around the community a little, it is a unique little town surrounded by the millions of T-bay, but it is on the bay side of Pinellas. I loved it, but if you want to be close to the beach, I would go with Dunedin or Tarpon Springs..drive up Alt 19 from Clearwater to Tarpon Springs and you will find something you like I'm sure...We liked Tarpon Springs and New Port Richey a lot.

Speed limits mean nothing to street racers so there was no point in lowering the speed limit.

One of the kids asked the judge to reinstate his driving privileges. Amazing
