I think it is pretty funny. Got to laugh when your excuse for stealing money is they gave me a credit card so by boy would play ball at Bama. But it is probably a good defense. I know I would have had a hard time convicting her.

She pulled that bogus card after she had already pled guilty. Dummy. The crimes were between 2005-2007. Dominic committed in January of '03 and left in 2006.

Agreed. This was a desperate act that failed miserably. Bama cheats in much more of a clever fashion, anyway.

My guess is Bama forgot to tell her that they would stop paying the balance when her son left school. She didn't know and continued to charge stuff expecting them to pay it off like they always did. This was clearly just a breakdown in communication.
