at the games? I just needed some information on RV'ing at games. I know the Civic Center downtown has RV parking. I need to know if the lots usually fill up pretty fast.

I park at the Civic Coliseum, but, I usually get there about 30 mins. before the buses start running. I would imagine that if Tennessee is ever undefeated at this point in the season, parking spots, especially for RVs will be at a premium. However, regular parking spots should not be a problem at the Coliseum, if you get there early enough.

If you get in a jam you can always park it at a Walmart FREE of charge....they actually have a written policy permitting it...in fact I understand there's a 'sub culture community' doing that....
A good friend of mine retired early, a couple of years ago...he's 54 and divorced...so he sold his house and bought a small but efficient RV and travels everywhere...when he's 'playing' he stays somewhere nice, like a National Park but when he's just traveling or working (engineer and does contract work online) he just stays at Walmart...

I staying in Sevierville with mine and then driving to the civic center to catch the KAT. It works out great. But I don't know the RV rules on the top of the parking garage. I do this at least once every year and it always seems to be full up there.

We also stay at the river plantation RV resort in sieverville, but have heard about people staying on top of the "garage" would like to know more. This week though got a room in cookeville and heading in Saturday morning. Already winterized the camper after I got nervous at the South Carolina game. Stayed the whole week in seiverville then.
