Seems like all offer 'free' , but then want CC info -- kind of skeptical about that -- the movie I want to watch is called Mafia Princess (1986) (was a made for TV movie which is why its so hard to find) Tony Curtis and Susan Lucci -- I have a VHS of it, but of course those are obsolete--- anyone know of sites that dont require a bunch of red tape ?

Can't think of any that use PayPal or similar, but they may exist.

Could always get a visa gift card and put that on there. Done that before with no issues

Or just find some stream of the movie elsewhere

You are not going to have much luck finding obscure movies on free to watch sites or any pay-to-stream site for that matter. Best bet for obscure movies (like old made-for-TV movies) is by searching YouTube or a torrent website. If you have the VHS you're wasting your time searching for it online. Hook the VHS up to your TV - it's not like a streaming version would be better than the initial VHS quality.

goodwill has them. some libraries let u rent VCRs too

I remember as a kid before we ever bought one, the video store had a deal, you could rent the vcr, and 3 movies for 2 nights for $10. That was such a big deal to me and my sister, to be good and do our chores so we could get the vcr. Silly and off topic, but your post reminded me of it.

We used to rent Genesis and PlayStation consoles for the weekend

20 bucks at a pawn shop will get you one. haggle them if it's overprice. some guys have stacks of them in the back, you just gotta ask. yard sales you'll probably get even better deals. craigslist will have them too for cheap.
