Maybe interesting only to me, but with the news from the OM 247 site that we're surging (my words, paraphrasing) for Ayden Williams along with the note from AP that Edge/DL Jamarious Brown is coming for the BBQ - along with having John Slaughter in the boat already, I thought it was notable how hard we're recruiting MS. Add in S Isaac Smith who was on campus this spring and has been showing love on Twitter recently, and you're talking about being very involved with the TOP recruits in MS.
AL is not only much deeper of course but also just more difficult to recruit for all the reasons we know, but we're hitting that state harder than usual this cycle too, it seems. Not only do we have Sly Smith in the boat but we're also heavily recruiting Stanton Ramil, Hunter Osborne, Rickey Gibson, Vysen Lang and Karmelo Overton along with being involved with currently committed recruits Jeremiah Cobb (AU); Dakaari Nelson (PSU); Keldric Faulk (FSU); Tomarrion Parker (PSU); and Ryqueze McElderry - all of whom I'm sure we'll continue to keep tabs on during the season.
Of course TN and GA will always be our top areas, along with the Carolinas and cherry picking in FL, but it's nice to see us expanding into other states where we have had some success but just a bit more infrequently.
