'26 MS WR Tristen Keys

Thornton improved from year 1 to 2.

Nimrod improved each season. Without the drops this season could have been pretty memorable for him.

I was pretty surprised by the no shows from both Webb and Leacock but where they landed speaks volumes. Guess everyone missed on those evals.
So you are happy with the development and lack of playmakers at WR ? In no way, shape or form were they anything other than average at best. Most of those kids were in the system 2/3 years. Thornton's numbers improved against average teams otherwise 1/2 catches a game.

I’m not happy with the production we got from that room. Don’t think the staff is either, which is why we’re seeing a wholesale changeover there just like DB last season.

I think it’s way too easy to point at a position coach as a fan and say he’s the problem when there are a number of variables that go into the success of a particular room. Same is true when a position group does well and that coach gets all the credit.

I can get on board with things having multiple layers and it's never just one issue. However as a fan I want to see more production and execution by that group. I have multiple issues with several position groups on Offense if I am being honest.

Terrell Owens doppelganger. This guy is a difference maker. 5 TD's while wearing the opposing DB as a necklace, often in double coverage.

That one handed grab😆 Talk about stretching the field!

Big strong and fast. Wow.

Looks like he might commit to the good guys in the next couple weeks. Will be a bigtime addition to the team. He already has a good relationship with Faizon. Keys, King, Evans is an amazing 3WR lineup for 2026.

This guy and Travis smith on the field at the same time = cheat code

He looks like a true #1 WR. Big physical and athletic. He's got it all. He actually reminds me of Josh Gordon. The All-Pro WR for the Cleveland Browns that looked like he was headed for a Hall of Fame career before the addiction issues ended his career.

If we can land him to go with Faizon Brandon then wow. 2026 can't come soon enough. We could go on a 2018 Clemson/2019 LSU type run with those two.

Don’t forget Jackson. I think he’s a better prospect than Smith. If he’s able to really improve his game as a WR now that he’s only going to be playing receiver I think he ends up contributing some this year. Smith just doesn’t seem to have that top notch speed that he does

its around here somewhere. in one if the Poly Bowl threads. id be mighty happy if'n you'd go find it.
Pope has two receivers committed and is closing in on a third. Tristen Keys is playing in the Polynesian Bowl as a 2026 and the word off the main land is strong for the Vols.
