After repeated watching Hardball and Countdown with K. Olbermann on MSNBC I've officially seen enough.

These programs are as slanted as anything on TV. I would put them in the same category as the Big Show with John Gibson and Bill O'Reilly.

I think all these shows should have a disclaimer...

i agree on all counts, but i don't believe keith olbermann has ever claimed to lack a certain bias.

Has he had the opportunity to? On the intro to Chris Matthew's Sunday show he implies that he's balanced, neutral and representing all sides.

Is it a lie if you believe it? :)

Seriously, I can't imagine Keith Olbermann (or his show - the former MTV female reporter was sitting in tonight) would opening admit they are clearly left leaning.

Well one can say there is an issue with Olberman saying he's fair and balanced and an entire network claiming that. As I said long ago, these networks are all about money. Making a generalization, there are many more on the Right who find their time each night sitting in front of the TV getting spoon fed news from FoxNews and Murdoch knows this. That's why you see millions watching Fox and Murdoch a very wealthy man. Those on the Left are more into NPR and rather spend time discussing politics at the art museum or Hollywood AIDS fundraiser than watching anything on TV.

I do not know why, but that strikes me as really funny.
