We live in the Murfreesboro area so we went to watch Tyler's team play the MTSU girls basketball team. We just wanted to relax and watch Tyler's team. We passed on going to Nashville to watch our Lady Vols because sometimes it is just so intense and we are never sure what will happen.
We had a great evening and were surprised to see Pat. We sat close to her and she looked good and was enjoying the game. She spoke to some people as they walked by and smiled when they stopped to say hello. That was surely worth the price of admission.
Tyler has a good team. They played hard and were disciplined. They listened when he spoke to them and they played their hearts out. They have good skills and seemed to play well together. MTSU did win the game but Tyler's team played well. He seems comfortable on the court and was very engaged.
We took our grandson and he had a great time. It was a nice evening. We wish Tyler only the best and hope he will be back at UT someday. Sure would be nice to see him on the Summit basketball court.
