So I take a generic men's multi-vitamin and I'm ashamed to say I've never done the research on the topic. I was wondering if anybody else has (and could save me time)? Are multi-vitamins basically created equal? Is it a waste of money? Any other tips?

they are vastly different. Worlds apart. Research your lifestyle and eating habits to determine the best multivitamin for you. What works for me, most likely work for you. In fact, I can't find a multivitamin I'm happy with. Instead I take a variety of different supplements in substitute of a multivitamin.

I once had someone tell me that Americans have the most expensive urine in the world, because of all the multivitamins we pee that don't do squat.

My doctor recommended a mult-vitamin a few years ago. I take the Twin Labs. It is a pretty good brand and I like capsules better than tablets.

We take the One A Day gummies for Immunity support. No research done. My wife buys them and I eat them.

I try to find the cheapest available because I assume they are all equal. But I've never researched it either.

I've been eating my wife's prenatal gummies. They taste amazing. I may switch to a one a day gummy just because the tables hurt my stomach sometimes.
