If he will AT least fire Jerry Gray that's a good step. When he hired his staff before year one, it was very late. If it will be Munchak, Loggans, Gray, can him.

If he can redo the staff, 1-2 more years. I'm not opposed to a change, but I won't be pissed at him staying if makes big changes. The argument to this is, if going to make all that change, get a new head coach as well.

Yep. Since I was a kid. My uncle was stationed there (Los Angeles) back in the 60's. Him and my aunt never left. Those were my Grandad's favorite teams since I can remember (I was born in 1975). They have been mine ever since too.

Unless the Titans have a much better option in mind, they should not fire Munchak. Hiring a retread rarely works out.
